All messages taken on your behalf are emailed to you immediately to action to a time convenient to you. We can also arrange for SMS messages to be sent to your mobile while you are out of the office.
Fax to Email: Require a fax number but don’t want to have to purchase equipment? We can provide you with your own fax number with all faxes received being emailed to you. In turn, this will save you on having to pay for printing faxes that you don’t need!
Costs
The costs involved for our service are:
Standard 9am to 5pm service
- £20 per month ( 5 free calls), thereafter £1.00 per call (email only)
- £20 per month ( 5 free calls), thereafter £1.20 per call (email and SMS)
Out of Hours 9am to 10pm service
- £30 per month (5 free calls), thereafter £1.50 per call (£1 per call up to 5pm) (email only)
- £30 per month (5 free calls, thereafter £1.75 per call (£1.20 per call up to 5pm) (email and SMS)
Require our services for the day or holiday cover only? Our costs are detailed below:
- Daily Rate: £5.00 plus cost of calls at £1.00 per call (email only) or £1.20 per call (email and SMS)
- Weekly Rate: £10.00 plus cost of calls at £1.00 per call (email only) or £1.20 per call (email and SMS)
- Fortnightly Rate: £15.00 plus cost of calls at £1.00 per call (email only) or £1.20 per call (email and SMS)
Call Handling Packages
We have put together some Call Handling Packages based on the number of calls received each month. Details of these Packages are below.
- Silver Standard: 25 calls per month for a monthly fee of £37.50. Thereafter £1 per call – saving of £2.50 per month
- Gold Standard: 50 calls per month for a monthly fee of £60.00, Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £5.00 per month
- Platinum Standard: 100 calls per month for a monthly fee of £105.00. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £10.00 per month
- Diamond Standard: 150 calls per month for a monthly fee of £148.50. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £16.50 per month
- Elite Standard: 200 calls per month for a monthly fee of £190.00. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £25.00 per month
- Silver Out of Hours: 25 calls per month for a monthly fee of £47.50. Thereafter £1 per call – saving of £2.50 per month
- Gold Out of Hours: 50 calls per month for a monthly fee of £70.00, Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £5.00 per month
- Platinum Out of Hours: 100 calls per month for a monthly fee of £115.00. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £10.00 per month
- Diamond Out of Hours: 150 calls per month for a monthly fee of £158.50. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £16.50 per month
- Elite Out of Hours : 200 calls per month for a monthly fee of £200.00. Thereafter £ 1 per call – saving of £25.00 per month
