Forward us your files, business cards or receipts and allow us to set-up easy to maintain systems.  We can create a CRM system / set-up accounting software for you, or alternatively provide you with a spreadsheet or database with all of the required data entered to your specifications.  We can also arrange for mail merges to be produced for you using the details we have input.

We can send out mailings to your customers on your behalf from your contact list.  This can be produced and forwarded to you via email for approval.  Once approved, this will be printed and posted from our office.

Follow-up calls can be arranged for one week after the mailing was issued and a detailed report forwarded to you from the responses received.

Costs

  • £25 per hour
  • 10 hour Monthly Retainer – £240
  • 20 hour Monthly Retainer – £460
  • 30 hour Monthly Retainer – £660
